As the company is used to work with exotic alloy valves, ARRI adapts its technical resources to meet the needs of each material. Extensive experience in working with materials such as stainless steel, inconel, duplex, stellite, etc. means ARRI is capable of the most demanding machine work.
Based on its knowledge and experience of machining forged steel valves, ARRI adapts to meet the different characteristics that forged steel valves have compared to cast-iron valves.
The majority of the valves machined at ARRI are cast-iron valves. An exhaustive control is made of the machining process to ensure the perfect condition of the material.
